It's a bit complicated. After you share the project, go to copy link and copy the embed code. Then open Notepad, paste the embed code in and save the file as index.html. After that, you need to create a zip file, add this html file into it and compress it. You can upload that to Newgrounds as an HTML5 Archive game.

on what machine are your running the game?
on any decent desktop machine, it runs at a solid 30fps.
many mobile cannot keep up (old or not enough cpu power), can you try on a different machine?
